As reported earlier there was a chance that Cal would play Baylor in 2016 in Australia as each teams opening game of the season.
It was then reported by Brett McMurphy of ESPN that the game was off

but now it could be back on! Brian Davis of the Austin American-Statesman tweeting this
Baylor coach Art Briles tells me they expect to hear in 2 weeks whether they’ll get NCAA waiver to play Cal in Sydney, Australia, in 2016.

Looks like it is still a wait and see on this game but it may be looking a little more likely than not to happen, fingers crossed.
If the game does in fact happen it looks like it will be in Sydney as Davis is reporting. There are all sorts of things that the teams are looking at, like playing a week before the traditional opening to the season and even having this as a 13th regular season game.
All I know is I want this to happen! with the Bowl Game we could get two games in one year of college football in Oz.
