One of the biggest days in the college football calendar is National Signing Day which was on Wednesday Feb 3. All of the big sports networks like ESPN, Fox Sports and Sports Illustrated are busy putting grades on all the teams and trying to declare the number one class. For the record most are saying that Florida State or Alabama has the number one class but we care about something different.
Four Australian’s make their commitment official to continue their football careers at a range of different schools.
Michael Sleep-Dalton | Punter | Arizona State | PAC 12 |
Wade Lees | Punter | Maryland | Big 10 |
Mitch Wishnowsky | Punter | Utah | PAC 12 |
Max Hendrie | Athlete | Hawaii | Mountain West |
Like most years there will be a number of later signees to teams and we hope to see more Australians be given a chance to play.
Pro Kick Australia has another good signing day with three of the Australian signees being from out of the Pro Kick program and it would not surprise us if they have a few more and some to lower levels of football.
