Former Arkansas punter Sam Irwin-Hill will be in camp with the Indianapolis Colts. This will be the second time the Victorian will be in camp with the Colts after a stint in Indianapolis during the 2015 offseason and training camps.

It is a tough road for Irwin-Hill who will battle with one of the NFL‘s best punters in Pat McAfee. McAfee is coming off a procedure performed on his left, non-kicking, knee in the offseason which is probably the main reason why Irwin-Hill was signed.

McAfee told JMV on WFNI-AM “The first couple weeks of rehab were a little tough, but I’m on the back end of it right now.” and went on to say “When training camp comes around, I’ll be 100 percent and I can’t wait,”

We will have to keep an eye on this camp battle to see how Sam Irwin-Hill goes.

You know what they say about second opportunities, you take them! Grateful for this one. #indy #colts #nfl
