Silverback to the Future

As we head into Week 6, we thought we’d look back at this spectacular play from Week 5, an incredible leaping touchdown from Pakenham quarterback Kevin Russell. Eerily reminiscent of the flying DeLorean Time Machine, Russell made the defence look like straight up fools on this one.

This play is in stark contrast to a similar, yet hugely unsuccessful attempt at flying by another quarterback who shall remain nameless (and scoreless).

Remember kids, the gift of flight is one that must be used wisely, and in the wrong hands (mine) will only end in disaster.
