Jacksonville Jaguars Adam Gotsis signs a new 2 year deal

Jaguars Re-Sign Adam Gotsis to a new 2 year deal worth up too $2.8 million that is including a $250,000 signing bonus.

Gotsis has spent the last four seasons with the Jaguars, appearing in 47 games and making 19 starts, recording one forced fumble, 4.5 sacks, and 13 tackles for loss. Gotsis played in 17 games last year, recording 1.5 sacks, three tackles for loss, and two pass deflections. 

The 28-year-old was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and played college football at Georgia Tech before being drafted by the Denver Broncos in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft. After spending four seasons with the Broncos, Gotsis signed with the Jaguars in 2020 and quickly established himself as a valuable member of the team’s defensive line.
